Quilted, bound and signed (with a pigma-pen on the back, but signed !)

First block sewn on June 1st 2003 (!), quilting started October 29th, 2007, last stitch on binding taken yesterday evening, April 16th, 2008.
Hand applique. Hand quilting.

I've loved that quilt since the very first picture you've shown of it, and I tried hard to resist starting such one with all my Batiks... :>) Now I think I'm going to dive into that project, but first I'll have a try on that back-basting applique technique...
